The surrounding vicinity has been designated as an “Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty” and Church Bay is 1 of only 6 beaches on Anglesey that hold the Blue Flag Award (15 minutes walk). The Heritage Coast footpath runs along the cliff-tops and offers excellent bird-watching and walking opportunities. The Church Bay Inn and The Lobster Pot restaurant are approximately 15-minutes walk away. Shops, take-aways etc. at Llanfeuthlu are only 5 minutes drive away.
